March 14th, 2007
In Attendance - Tony P., Tony F.and Friends, The Wohlers, Keith L., The Carters, Steve H., and Ron
Friday night - Beautiful Weather, no wind, not too cold. The camp spot was easy to find and get to (for most of us)
Saturday's Run - The wheeling wasn't quite up to usual TDS standards, but they did the best with what they had. Had some fun on the sand dunes. The Tonys attemped a big hill climb, several times, while the Carters performed the slowest ascent of a sand dune in history. Had a good lunch and watched some F-22's perform maneuvers. Made it back to camp about 3pm. It was another beautiful night, good thing too, because the raffle was a bust. Spent the evening around the campfire and a sleeping Pellegrino.
Sunday The Carters and Lyons went for a quick run into Anza Borrego, then headed home. All and all a good weekend.
